Hospitality Receptions/Meetings
Spend additional time with your most valuable customers. Exhibitors at GlassBuild America have first priority for suites and meeting rooms at the Las Vegas Hilton.

ALL reservations for hospitality suites or meeting rooms must be made through the Industry Events Department. Call 866/342-5642, Ext. 173 or e-mail mary@GlassBuildAmerica.com to discuss availability and pricing for your meeting or event. The facilities will not accept direct reservations without prior approval from GlassBuild America Show Management.

• Show Management will not approve events for more than 30 participants scheduled during official GlassBuild America programming.
• Hospitality activities scheduled by individual exhibiting companies will not be publicized, promoted, or published by GlassBuild America.
You must arrange for Hospitality Suites/Meetings by August 1.

Advance Cocktail Party Tickets
Invite your customers to enjoy the Welcome Cocktail Reception on Monday, October 6th at the Las Vegas Hilton at a discounted rate of $30 each. Providing them with an entry to the largest event outside of the Exhibit Hall is a great way to express your gratitude for their business!

• Exhibitors and MOST attendees are required to purchase tickets for the Welcome Cocktail Reception.
• Exhibitors may purchase discounted tickets IN ADVANCE for company employees and/or customers by using the Marketing Response Form. (Minimum purchase of 10 tickets)
• Tickets may be mailed in advance or picked up on-site.
You must order Advance Opening Cocktail Reception Tickets by September 2.
